The TLP is a flagship international management programme designed to strengthen the capability of mid- to senior-level TVET leaders to drive institutional and systems-level transformation. The 2026 version is part of the initiative “Towards a global TVET agenda”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) by way of the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).
