The African Technology Policy Studies Network (ATPS), by the ARISE (Advancing Responsible and Gender-Inclusive Artificial Intelligence Capacity in Africa’s Higher Education Ecosystem) challenge, invites purposes for PhD scholarships in AI-related fields. Eligibility Criteria
