As the Communications Officer, you’ll work with direct supervision from the Communications Lead. Your obligations will embody:

Content Production

  • Ongoing creation and day-to-day administration of artistic, visible content material for the UNOY web site and social media channels, responding to evolving communications wants throughout the community. This consists of:
    • Creating partaking graphics;
    • Creating and enhancing movies;
    • Assisting with creating social media campaigns;

Strategic Development

  • Supporting the creation and implementation of a brand new social media technique;
  • Assisting with the event of an inner Communication Kit;

Advocacy and Outreach

  • Monitoring YPS developments and liaising with UNOY’s Advocacy Coordinator and Officer to align communications;
  • Supporting higher alignment of UNOY’s fundraising and communications, in addition to Protection + Gender and communications;
  • Supporting communications with exterior companions for collaborative initiatives, missions, and occasions.

Eligibility

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp and Canva (fascinating);
