• Be a world scholar allowed to legally study in the U.S. or Canada, as relevant:

    • Has a legitimate visa that allows study in the U.S.
    • Is protected beneath the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
    • Is a U.S. everlasting resident (Green Card holder)
  • For study in Canada, this implies the applicant meets one of those standards:
    • Is a Canadian everlasting resident
    • Has a legitimate Canadian study allow
