Applications are actually open for the 2026 ARIPO Young Professionals Programme. The ARIPO The Young Professionals Programme is a well-structured, distinctive on-the-job studying and improvement programme geared toward grooming and nurturing high-potential young professionals from various educational backgrounds and specialisations that are aligned to the technical features of Intellectual Property (IP), in addition to administrative roles and empowering them to contribute to the socio-economic progress and improvement of their international locations.

Nationality: To be eligible for appointment, candidates have to be nationals of a Member State of the Organization particularly, Botswana, Cape Verde, Kingdom of Eswatini, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Kingdom of Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any of the next:

  – Business Studies/Business Administration

  – Law

  – Business Analytics/Project Management/Strategy

  – Telecommunications

• The diploma should have been obtained no more than 5 years earlier than the date of application.

• Candidates have to be 28 years or beneath on the time of application.

Conditions Of Employment

• Monthly stipend of US$2,500

• A once-off settling-in grant of an quantity equal of 1 month’s stipend, on appointment.

• Free journey (to the host nation) on appointment and (to home nation) on completion of the programme.

• Medical Aid/Insurance (80% employer and 20% participant)
