The GLA is a two-week intensive Youth Leadership Mentoring program designed to equip younger individuals with abilities, data, and expertise they should develop into efficient leaders of their neighborhood and construct their confidence for significant participation in resolution-making processes.

Citizen Voice and Actions (CVA) is a Youth-Led Non-Governmental Organization established in 2016 with a mission to empower the residents to develop into energetic members of an inclusive Society in Rwanda and past. It envisions A society the place residents are totally engaged in Human Sustainable Development. CVA employs numerous methods to succeed in out to Girls and Youth and amplify their voices and actions by means of consciousness elevating, empowerment, mentorship, and advocacy for significant participation in all resolution-making areas in any respect ranges. 

Eligibility

• Applicants fascinated about Generation Leadership Academy have to be Rwandan Youth aged between 18 – 26, Passionate about Leadership, Youth Engagement, and Good Governance.
• Youths affiliated with civil society organizations and Youth Structures are particularly inspired to apply.
• Must be keen and capable of spend a weeklong camped and attending the Generation Leadership Academy.
• Must at the least, Be a college scholar, have A1 or bachelor’s diploma.
