Types of Support Available

1. Organisational Development (OD) Support

  • Peacebuilding, reconciliation, and coping with the previous
  • Transforming societal divisions
  • Strengthening inner buildings, management, and technique

2. Conflict Sensitivity (CS) Support

  • Do not primarily work on reconciliation
  • Want to combine conflict-sensitive approaches into their broader mandate
  • Aim to bridge divides and construct interethnic belief via their present work

What Does the Support Include?

Non-Financial Support

  • Close accompaniment by two PeaceNexus employees members
  • Ongoing entry to OD and battle sensitivity experience
  • Tailored steering, reflection, and strategic assist all through the partnership
  • Sounding-board assist and adaptive studying as contexts evolve

Financial Support

  • Small grants of CHF 15,000–40,000 per yr
  • Funds could also be used for:
    • External experience and consultants
    • Facilitation and assembly prices
    • Capacity improvement and organisational processes
  • Up to 20% of the grant could cowl overhead prices
  • Grant measurement depends upon organisational measurement and geographic attain (bigger grants for regional entities)

Who Can Apply?

  • Be a civil society organisation, basis, community, or intergovernmental/multilateral organisation
  • Operate in at the least one eligible Western Balkan nation
  • Already contribute to social cohesion, or intend to take action within the close to future
