Applications are open for the fourth cohort of the Civic Space Resource Hub (CSR-HUB) for Civil Society Organisations in West Africa. The Civic Space Resource Hub (CSR-Hub) is the West Africa hub of the Global Weaving Resilience initiative, designed to strengthen the capacities of civil society organisations (CSOs) within the area. The aim is to make them extra resilient, effectively-resourced, compliant, and sustainable. Through a 12-month programme of tailor-made coaching, mentorship, teaching, and institutional assist, the CSR-Hub enhances the operational, digital, monetary, and governance programs of CSOs working to defend and advance civic freedoms.
Since its inception in 2022, the initiative has supported over 200 organisations by means of its 4 strategic pillars together with:
- Civic Space Protection and Regulatory Compliance
- Leadership and Organisational Governance
- Resource Mobilisation and Financial Resilience
- Digital Security and Protection

Eligibility
Open to:
- Legally registered civil society organisations working in Nigeria, Ghana and Senegal.
- Civil society organisations together with non-governmental organisations, group-primarily based (grassroots) organisations, religion-primarily based organisations, with precedence consideration for girls or youth led organisations.
- Organisations should have been lively for no less than two (2) years and exhibit a transparent dedication to social justice, human rights, open civic house, advocacy and so on.
- Grassroots and rising organisations with restricted entry to institutional assist are strongly inspired to apply.
- Have no less than 5 (5) full-time employees or a constant volunteer construction.
- Be keen to decide to lively participation in all coaching and mentorship periods all through the cohort interval.
