How the Program Works

  • Hybrid Accelerator: A four-week program combining a six-day in-person intensive with digital periods, totaling 60–65 hours of coaching. Activities embrace orientation, residential coaching, digital follow-up, technical help, and panel discussions.
  • Grants: After finishing the Accelerator, leaders might apply for as much as $17,000 in seed funding to launch a systems-change advocacy venture targeted on gender fairness.
  • Re-grants: Participants also can apply for further funding to develop or strengthen their preliminary tasks.
  • Support: Rise Up Together offers tailor-made help in proposal growth, grantmaking, advocacy technique, networking, and ongoing skilled growth.
