Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Support all features of the State Science and Technology Policy Fellowship Initiative, together with grantmaking processes, application monitoring, and reporting
- Maintain correct and complete program information and help enhancements to knowledge methods
- Assist in planning and managing inner and exterior convenings, together with advisory committee conferences and digital gatherings
- Coordinate with exterior companions and inner Pew groups (e.g., IT, Finance, Events)
- Monitor engagement actions with grantees and companions
- Contribute to inner summaries, shows, and reporting on program outcomes
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and clear work setting aligned with Pew’s values
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s diploma or equal expertise
- Approximately one yr of related work expertise
- Strong organizational and time-management expertise
- Attention to element and consolation with operational and process-oriented duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and consolation utilizing technical methods
- Strong written and verbal communication expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively and search steering when wanted
- Interest in science coverage and legislative processes
- Experience constructing collaborative relationships with numerous stakeholders
- Ability to handle a number of priorities in a dynamic setting
- Familiarity with grants administration methods or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
Additional Information
- Travel: Occasional home journey could also be required
- Work Authorization: Applicants have to be legally licensed to work in the U.S. with out visa sponsorship
