The Canada–China Scholars’ Exchange Program (CCSEP) is Canada’s longest-running bilateral scholarship, established in 1973. Who Can Apply

  • ¥2,500 (undergraduate)
  • ¥3,000 (Master’s / normal students)
  • ¥3,500 (Doctoral / senior students)
• On-campus lodging or housing subsidy
• Comprehensive medical insurance coverage

Global Affairs Canada covers:

• Round-trip journey to and from China (most cost-effective route)

Note: Government of Canada workers are eligible for the scholarship however not for the journey profit.

Selection Criteria

Applications are assessed based mostly on:
