About the Leaders Program

Launched in Africa in 2018 and later expanded to the Asia-Pacific (2019), Europe (2020), and the United States (2023), the Obama Foundation Leaders Program brings collectively a numerous regional community of changemakers aged 24 to 45. Who Should Apply

The program seeks people who:

• Are 24–45 years previous as of September 1, 2026.

• Work in the public sector, civil society, or non-public sector with a demonstrated dedication to advancing the widespread good.

• Are proficient in English and able to actively interact in digital classes and peer studying.
