Key Functions and Responsibilities

1. Support Strategy Development and Implementation

• Provide technical inputs for program/venture proposals throughout the Global and Afghanistan portfolios.

• Contribute to annual work plans and budgets.

• Monitor exercise implementation and assist venture evaluations.

• Coordinate requires proposals and facilitate technical critiques and accomplice assessments.

• Review narrative and monetary reviews from INGO companions.

• Support Results-Based Management capability constructing.

• Monitor actions below the assigned portfolios.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s diploma in social sciences, human rights, gender research, worldwide growth, or a associated area is required.

• Project administration certification (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MSP®) is an asset.

Experience:
