Call for Proposals: United Nations Youth Delegate Programme – Italy 2025/2026

The Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI–UNA Italy), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), pronounces the 2025/2026 version of the United Nations Youth Delegate Programme – Italy (UNYDP Italy).

This programme goals to pick one younger girl and one younger man to function official Italian UN Youth Delegates from September 2025 to September 2026.

What is UNYDP?

The United Nations Youth Delegate Programme is an initiative designed to interact younger individuals in worldwide diplomacy and the work of the United Nations. Youth Delegates assist promote the 2030 Agenda and characterize the voice of Italian youth in nationwide and worldwide boards.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

• Be between 20 and 27 years outdated on the time of application

Candidates shall be evaluated primarily based on their information of:

• The United Nations system and its key actions

• The construction and work of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

The choice course of contains:

Duties of the Youth Delegates

Selected Youth Delegates will:

• Organize and take part in occasions, conferences, and consultations in Italy and internationally

• Promote youth engagement and contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

Training Requirements:
Winners will take part in a compulsory coaching interval between June and July 2025. This could embrace shadowing the present Youth Delegates and attending workshops organized by SIOI. Training could also be in-person or performed on-line.
