Key Responsibilities

• Develop partnership proposals, reviews, and idea notes to assist donor engagement.
• Coordinate high-level conferences by making ready agendas, briefing notes, and minutes.
• Contribute to donor reporting and documentation of impression tales and progress updates.
• Create compelling shows and storytelling supplies for fundraising and advocacy.
• Assist in planning and executing occasions, workshops, and convenings.
• Conduct analysis on potential funding and partnership alternatives.

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating partnerships and fundraising efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18 – 80

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s diploma in Business Administration, Development Studies, Communications, International Relations, Social Sciences, or associated fields.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, occasion coordination, and donor relations.
• Strong writing and communication expertise, particularly in proposal writing and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration instruments.
• Ability to synthesize complicated data into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational and mission administration expertise.
• Ability to work independently and beneath strain in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for youth growth and social impression.
• Driving License
