Applications for the 2024 CERN Administrative Student Programme in Switzerland are now being accepted. Located in Geneva, Switzerland, CERN is an organisation of European origin. About fifty students enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree programmes are invited by CERN each year to spend two to twelve months there. Acquire real-world work experience. CERN’s Benefits

For those chosen, CERN pays for every expense. You don’t have to be concerned. The following topics are handled by CERN:

  • a two to twelve month contract.
  • An allowance per month of 3407 Swiss Francs (net of taxes).
  • An Allowance for Travel (Economy Class Air Tickets)
  • An additional supplement if you are married and have kids, depending on your situation.
  • Scheme for Health Insurance
  • 2.5 days each month of paid time off.
  • Applying for a Swiss Work Visa is what you will do after you are selected. CERN will support you with the paperwork.

Qualifications for the CERN Administrative Student Fellowship

  • a citizen of one of the Associate or Member States of CERN
  • possess a minimum of 18 months of experience in your bachelor’s or master’s degree programme, with an administrative concentration.
  • Throughout the internship, you continue to be enrolled full-time at your university.
  • Both French and English are languages you speak fluently.
