Talented founders come to On Deck for a one-week in-person sprint to decide what company to develop and with whom. Following the program, we’ll add you to our online network of more than 2,000 founders, which includes IRL events, software, and assistance to assist you in gaining early product momentum, gaining distribution, and raising money.
Our program is made to assist you in determining what kind of business to start while establishing vital connections with more than a hundred founders.

You can utilize On Deck as often or as little as necessary for the lifecycle of your business. You will still have access to a thriving online network, frequent in-person events, and regular programming. All of these carefully planned programming options will assist you in locating the individuals and resources you require to grow your business.
Can non-US citizens enlist in the ODF?
- Global founders are invited to apply and become a part of our community from anywhere in the world. We desire for founders to have face-to-face meetings and then take their relationships with them on their travels. We urge program participants to make every effort to spend as much time as possible in San Francisco. If you use your involvement as an opportunity to invest in expanding your Bay Area network, you will reap the most benefits.
Furthermore, the majority of the community’s members are entrepreneurs whose businesses cater to clients in the US, EU, and Latin America. Additionally, our programming is primarily targeted at US-based startups and takes place during US-friendly hours. You might find less use for ODF if you do not intend to sell to customers in the US, EU, or Latin America.
Do I fit in well with ODF?
ODF can be a great fit for you if you are between fifty and one hundred percent certain that you want to launch a business within the next six months. We have been doing this for more than 4 years, and in that time, we have witnessed firsthand how belonging to a cohort can give someone the confidence they need to fully commit. When does the upcoming cohort begin?
The next ODF cohort (ODF20) will begin on Friday, January 26, and end on Friday, February 2.
