SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS


In grades 11 and 12, take part in a program recognized by the program to prepare for college.
See the approved CRPs list ►

  • Have a plan in place to graduate from a recognized high school this school year.
  • Prove that you require financial support.
  • qualify for a federal Pell Grant for your first year of college.

The autumn immediately after high school graduation, make plans to enrol full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at an authorized college or university.

Get a minimum GPA of 2.4.

WHOM IS IT APPROPRIATE TO APPLY?


The Dell Scholars program focuses on low-income, highly driven students who are better than their numbers indicate and show the determination to succeed despite personal barriers, even though we have a required 2.4-grade point average. The perfect applicant will have a distinct “GPA” of perseverance, potential, and ambition in their pursuit of a university degree:

GRIT by acting to resolve or get past personal issues pertaining to their communities, families, or educational institutions.

POTENTIAL by taking part in initiatives to prepare students for college and by pursuing academic rigor
