Supply Chain: Graduate Management Development Scheme 2023

  • This is aimed at competent Nigerian graduates in science-related fields who are keen to establish a successful career in a manufacturing setting that is supportive and has state-of-the-art systems and procedures.

Following a fiercely competitive selection procedure, the chosen candidates will go through:

  • 12-month training programme that is entirely residential
  • Formal education and hands-on bonding
  • Upon completion of the programme, candidates will be placed at one of our nationwide brewery facilities as a shift manager for brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineering, depending on the applicable fields.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division). Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical/Agric Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics Electronics, Computer Engineering, Organic Chemistry/Pure & Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology are just a few of the degrees offered in this field.
  • An extra benefit is a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Standard requirements for all positions:

  • A minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC, GCE, or SSCE, with at least three (3) related subjects and maths
  • NYSC completion, no sooner than January 2019
  • two years at most of work experience
  • Digital dexterity
  • Movement of territory both inside and outside of Nigeria
