Colgate-Palmolive South Africa offers this programme to early career graduates as a way to begin their journey of development and progress in our commercial operations, which include marketing, customer development, and customer service and logistics.
Successful candidates will be given project assignments and job rotations to develop experience. Depending on performance and organisational demands, the Commercial Trainee may be given a permanent position in the company after successfully completing the 24-month programme.

Knowledge, expertise and abilities Important to remember:
- At least a B.Com. Awards a degree in business management, strategic marketing, management, or related fields
- Digital/Analytics with no to two years of experience
- Be able to think analytically and solve problems
- Numerate with a focus on details.
- Result-oriented, capable of strong leadership, and suited for a team-oriented work environment
- Strong project management, teamwork, collaboration, and implementation abilities
- Ability to perform well under time constraints
