- Researchers at the University of Oxford and researchers based in Africa, either at an academic or non-academic institution, must jointly apply for both of the Catalyst Grants, which provide payments of up to £5,000.
- More than two people may be supported by the Catalyst Grant; any additional participants should be specified under the section titled “Purpose of the Grant.”
- This plan’s overarching goal is to promote the growth of new relationships rather than act as a stand-in for support of current alliances.
