Duties

  • Assist donors with contribution acknowledgements, refunds, tax receipt requests, tribute and symbolic gift card requests, and other donation-related concerns by providing front-line customer support for all incoming questions from donors by phone, email, and mail.
  • Create dashboards and KPI reporting to spot opportunities and maximize donor lifetime value for revenue growth.
  • Assist in the creation of RFQs or RFPs, the receiving of quotes, bids, or proposals in accordance with the procurement norms and regulations, and other procurements linked to IG operations (such as face-to-face).
  • help with coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the performance of outsourced vendor services, including data entry, telemarketing, letter-shopping services, etc.
  • Create recurring progress reports on the donor care and made-on acquisitions KPIs.
  • To ensure prompt and accurate payment collections, communicate with banks and payment systems.
  • Support UNHCR’s fundraising and donor care activities; keep track of and report on activities; participate in activities when you can; and help with planning.
  • Participate in yearly campaign objectives.
  • Acquisitions of Donors
  • Design, implement, monitor, and optimize donor acquisition programs in close collaboration with the supervisor, and ensure KPIs are fulfilled.
  • Conduct a fundraising campaign over the phone as needed.
  • Ensure KPIs are met by providing the required support, such as timely and accurate reporting to the appropriate teams.
  • Make sure donor acquisition activities, such as face-to-face interactions, fulfill the goals by keeping an eye on the budget and tracking spending.
  • Compile and analyze data from donor acquisition (e.g., face-to-face) agency reports received on a regular basis, and submit reports to the management.
  • To fill open jobs, prepare for and take part in the hiring of Donor Acquisition (e.g., Face-to-Face) fundraisers, which includes reviewing applications, participating in interviews and exams, as well as orientation and induction.
  • Keep an eye on the Donor Acquisition campaign’s location effectiveness.
  • Donor Development and Retention
  • Respond to requests from donors and handle grievances.
  • Assist in following up with donors via phone, mail, or email regarding problems with gift transactions and donor questions.
  • To increase donor loyalty, encourage the creation of both online and offline communications with contributors.
  • Create reports and analyses to improve program effectiveness, donor retention, and donor behavior understanding.
  • Support the toll-free donor service activities.
  • Enter the data that is required for both incoming and outbound marketing.
  • When necessary, update the UNHCR’s fundraising database with information on donors, gifts, and fundraising efforts.
