Qualified students from Nestlé Nigeria PLC’s host communities—Obafemi Owode, Sagamu, and Agbara in Ogun State, and Manderigi and Abaji in the Federal Capital Territory—are cordially invited to apply for her community scholarships.
Only SS1 students at the designated secondary schools and First Year students at approved universities and polytechnics are eligible for the scholarships, which are for science and technical courses.

Through financial support, the Nestle Nigeria Community Scholarships programme aims to give deserving students access to educational opportunities so they can achieve their academic and personal ambitions.

Senior secondary and tertiary education are divided into separate categories under the Nestle Nigeria Community Scholarship Scheme. For the duration of their academic careers, students will receive financial assistance under these areas to cover tuition, housing, uniforms, books, and other educational costs.

This scholarship programme supports Sustainable Development Goal 4, which calls for equitable and inclusive quality education and the promotion of opportunities for lifelong learning for all by 2030.

Benefits

For its recipients, the Nestle Nigeria Community Scholarship will fully fund the following expenses:

  • Accommodation for tuition
  • Living costs
  • Books and educational resources

Eligibility

Qualification for Nestle Nigeria University Scholarship

  • Only enrol in 100-level science and technical courses at authorised universities and polytechnics.

Courses

  • have at least 200 in the UTME/JAMB for the Nestle Nigeria Senior Secondary Qualification and 5 credits in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WASSCE OR NECO SSCE at one sitting.
  • Awards are only given to SS1 students in Science and Technical classes at the following institutions: Sagamu Methodist Comprehensive College, Sagamu Remo Division High School, Sagamu Federal Government Girls College, and Sagamu High School.
  • have earned 5 credits in specific topics, such as mathematics, english, and basic science, on the BECE (JSS3) exams.
