Global Solvers Accelerator 2024 Programme of the Melton Foundation. Emerging social change agents from all around the world are brought together by the Global Solvers Accelerator for an impact-driven, project-focused learning journey. Participants develop their collective leadership competencies over the course of the eight-month programme, work together to improve social impact initiatives they are leading in their communities, and spark transformative change that transcends sector, place, and identity boundaries in order to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Benefits of participating
Participants in the Global Solvers Accelerator stand to gain useful skills, knowledge, connections, and more by doing so! The following are some major advantages of joining the programme:

EXPANDING CAPACITY
Participants can change their potential in areas like group leadership, transformative effect, and systemic design by using the programme as a springboard. Participants improve both their leadership and global citizenship skills through motivating thematic contributions, peer interchange, subject matter advising, and project assignments. -
ADDITIONAL IMPACT
The eight-month learning journey brings together up-and-coming change agents from around the world to polish their social impact projects, unleash their combined leadership potential, and collectively spark transformational change that transcends boundaries of location and identity and advances the SDGs. -
Meltonian friendship
After completing the programme successfully, participants are qualified to become Senior Melton Fellows, joining the Melton Foundation’s lifelong supported community. As Senior Melton Fellows, they will have access to a global network of over 600 change catalysts, funding for projects through our Action Grants, opportunities to travel to global impact events, and more. -
CO-LAB
Actively participating participants in the programme will be given the opportunity to go to a fully-funded in-person retreat. The Global Solvers Co-Lab creates a venue for sectors, cultures, identities, and know-how to merge into something “greater than the sum of its parts” by connecting hearts, hands, and minds. - The week-long Co-Lab retreat, a crucial component of the Global Solvers Accelerator, provides an opportunity for participants to interact in person and co-design transformative pathways. The dates and location of the Global Solvers Co-Lab in 2024 will be made public when the time comes.
ADVANCER FUND
- The chance exists for participants to access immediate cash support for their social impact initiative. Towards the end of the programme, the Global Solver Accelerator Fund will make meritorious projects available a portion of the Programme Fees gathered from participants.
Eligibility
Who are the program’s ideal applicants?
- The Global Solvers Accelerator is a group learning experience with and for people from all around the world who want to change the world!
- Are you a young community development practitioner between the ages of 20 and 35? If so, describe yourself as someone who is engaged in or in charge of a local impact project right now, interested, responsible, and forward-thinking. Are you trying to find other people who share your views so that you may all try to understand the world better?
