SIMI California, Valley, September 20, 2023 — The 2024 GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program will accept applications starting on October 16, 2023, according to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute in collaboration with GE. In 2024, this program will give meritorious high school seniors across the nation scholarships worth up to $400,000.

The number of scholarships awarded through the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program will surpass $9 million.

SIMI 20 September 2023, Valley, California (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — The 2024 GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program will accept applications starting on October 16, 2023, according to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute in collaboration with GE. In 2024, this program will give meritorious high school seniors across the nation scholarships worth up to $400,000.

The program, which is now in its 14th year, has given 216 students $8.62 million. A varied network of young leaders who are in college, pursuing graduate degrees, and working in fields including medicine, law, education, business, nonprofit, and more is made up of recipients from 42 different states who attend more than 120 undergraduate schools.

To be eligible, students must:

  • Display the qualities of citizenship, leadership, and drive in their workplaces, schools, and communities.
  • Demonstrate strong academic achievement.
  • Be a resident of the United States of America.
  • Be a high school senior graduating in the current academic year who is currently enrolled at a school in the United States.
  • Arrange to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at a four-year institution of higher learning in the United States for the duration of the upcoming academic school year.

The honorees for this year will be announced at a special retreat at the Reagan Library where they will engage in leadership development exercises, volunteer work, and a formal awards ceremony.
