Impact Regions

  • They assist organisations that support the impact areas of the Zendesk Foundation
  • Encourage connections that provide support and allow people to thrive in their community;
  • encourage crisis resilience, protect against disaster, and lessen suffering among people;
  • In order to close the economic opportunity gap and lower unemployment, create professional routes in technology.

Award Specifics

  • Multiple grants between $10K and $50K per organisation will be given out as part of the Impact grants, for a total of up to $380,000 in financing.
  • Up to $380,000 worth of free software and goods will be donated by Zendesk Tech for Good, along with any necessary pro bono assistance.
  • The prize amounts are subject to change at any time, according to the Zendesk Foundation.

Eligibility

  • Nonprofit organisations who want to use Zendesk software to actively assist target communities are eligible for the Zendesk Impact Awards.
  • The Zendesk Impact Awards are available to verifiable charitable organisations, including 501(c)(3) public charities in the United States and international charity organisations whose initiatives support the Foundation’s primary emphasis areas.
  • They are now unable to provide funding to organisations with headquarters in Belarus, the Central African Republic, the Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine, the Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine/Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
  • The impact awards are not available to current Zendesk users.
  • Unfortunately, at this time, projects or organisations (including staff, volunteer, or HR management) wanting to use Zendesk for internal purposes will not be eligible for this programme. Candidates who are selected will be able to explain how Zendesk’s product will support their external programme objectives.   • Organisations are required to submit an application via the submission form that details how the grant money and Zendesk software will affect the applicant’s recipient communities.
  • All submissions must be submitted using the application form. Applicants by email will not be accepted by Zendesk.
  • Organisations and their planned initiatives should be compatible with the Foundation’s primary areas of interest, which include cultivating community, encouraging crisis resilience, and establishing career pathways in technology. Additionally, candidates may offer workforce development initiatives and express interest in the Career Pathways Programme at Zendesk.
