The Grooming Endowment Trust is committed to assisting startup entrepreneurs in developing and scaling solutions that make use of innovation and technology to address pressing issues in Nigeria. Financial services, healthcare, education, agriculture, digital (economy) infrastructure, social impact, media, mobility/logistics, and commerce (e-commerce or social commerce) are the main focal areas for this cohort.

The Grooming Endowment Trust (GET) Accelerated program is a three-month hybrid startup acceleration program created to assist young, early-stage entrepreneurs in developing the skills necessary to transform their solutions, achieve traction, and connect with clients.
Three key topics will be investigated during the Grooming Endowment Trust acceleration program: business models, strategic alliances, and investment preparedness.
Startups chosen for the program will be invited to a three-day boot camp where they will meet other business owners, mentors, advisors,
- and specialists in business model development, strategic partnerships/growth, and investment.
- Each of the ten firms will also receive an initial grant of NGN 1 million, and they will develop precise criteria to monitor the effectiveness of the money.
- All ten (10) chosen founders will be invited into a 12- to 14-week virtual accelerator program to help the expansion of their business after the Bootcamp.
They will also be exposed to mentors and business advisers during this time. Each entrepreneur will present their companies and growth strategies live to a selected investment committee at the conclusion of the program in an effort to win a seed and/or pre-seed investment of NGN 9 million. These funds will be available to five five startups.
