Eligibility:
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- High English proficiency (oral, writing, reading);
- Be age 35 or younger when the Fellowship begins;
- Be citizens from most countries (except the U.S.) are eligible to apply to the Fellowship
