International students may apply for University of Western Australia Scholarships 2023–2024, which are partially funded. These scholarships are offered for both undergraduate and graduate courses. You may be given up to AUD$45,000 for undergraduate studies and up to AUD$30,000 for postgraduate studies in Australia to help with your tuition costs.

These scholarships are available to outstanding international students globally. High-achieving undergraduate and graduate students from particular nations who apply for specific University courses will be given this award.

To qualify for the UWA Global Excellence Scholarship, candidates must fulfill all of the requirements below:

The applicant must be submitting an application for an eligible undergraduate bachelor degree or Assured Pathway course with the exclusion of Assured Pathway to Medicine, Assured Pathway to Pharmacy and Assured Pathway to Dental Medicine.

Postgraduate:

  • The benefits of the UWA Global Excellence Scholarship include:
  • Undergraduate students can receive scholarships of up to AUD$48,000 over 4 years on eligible courses or AUD$36,000 over 3 years; postgraduate students can receive up to AUD$24,000 over two years on eligible courses.
  • The value of the Scholarship is determined by the applicant’s equivalent Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or UWA weighted average mark (WAM).
