International students are eligible to apply for Auburn University at Motgomery (AUM) Scholarships for the 2023–2024 academic year. Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for these awards. These awards range in value from $2,000 to $10,000. Based solely on academic merit, the scholarship award is solely intended for tuition.

Incoming and current international students are eligible for the scholarships. Students who pay the full out-of state tuition, whether undergraduate or graduate students, are eligible to apply for scholarships.The scholarship grant only covers tuition and is determined by academic merit.

Eligibility:

  • Knowledge of English language is a must
  • Applicants should fulfill the following for the various scholarships;
International Undergrad Warhawk Scholarship: 

For Freshman: 

  • High school GPA of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale or one of the following language test scores:
  • 76 or higher on TOEFL IBT
  • 540 or higher on TOEFL ITP OR PBT
  • 6.5 on IELTS

For Transfer/Exchange students: Grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale

For Current students: 3.25 cumulative AUM grade-point average

International Undergrad AUM Scholarship:

For Freshman:  

  • High school GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale or one of the following language test scores:
  • 68 or higher on TOEFL IBT
  • 520 or higher on TOEFL ITP OR PBT
  • 6.0 on IELTS

For Transfer or Exchange students: Grade-point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale

 For Current students: 3.00 cumulative AUM grade-point average

International Graduate Warhawk Scholarship:

For New Students:  Undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale or one of the following language test scores:

  • 76 or higher on TOEFL IBT
  • 540 or higher on TOEFL ITP OR PBT
  • 6.5 on IELTS

For Current Students: 3.5 cumulative AUM grade-point average

International Graduate AUM scholarship:

For New Students:  Undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale or one of the following language test scores:

  • 68 or higher on TOEFL IBT
  • 520 or higher on TOEFL ITP OR PBT
  • 6.0 on IELTS

For Current Students: 3.25 cumulative AUM grade-point average
