About the Grant
Since the launch of Youth To The Front Fund in 2020, we have repeatedly seen how innovation spurs progress.
Now, in 2023, the goals of Youth To The Front Fund are expanding to include:
- Collectives of artists
- Cultural Narrators
- Creative activists who speak out against systemic injustice and change perceptions in local and international communities
We created this unique request for creatives and collectives in the following sectors:
- Visual arts include things like drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, filmmaking, media, digital art, fashion design, graffiti, graphic design, and so on.
- Dance, theater, experimental art forms, etc.
- Songs, music production, DJing, etc.
- Writing and literary arts include spoken word, poetry, and prose.
- Curation, cultural storytelling, creative organizing, cooking and culinary arts, folk arts, etc. are all examples of creative changemaking.
With initiatives that Emphasize the aforementioned aspects in their methodology:
- Civic Engagement & Government
- Equity in education, the environment, and social justice
The goals of the Creatives Fund are:
- Funding and resources should be made available to help with program initiatives, ambitious movements, and exhibitions.
- Create a network of artistic organizers
- Through cross-networking and partnerships with critical thought partners in the arts, support creatives and collectives.

The deadline for submissions is May 18, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
We cordially invite you to submit an application if you are a leader in the struggle against systematic racism, inequality, unfairness, and injustice in the United States and abroad as a:
BIPOC or BIPOC-affiliated creatives or groups under 30
