Women in West and Central Africa are welcome to apply to the 6-month Growth4Her Investor Readiness Accelerator Program. G4Her aims to close the finance gap between men and women in Africa by giving female entrepreneurs the skills and resources they need to build their firms from start-ups to high-potential funding stages. Women in Nigeria and Cameroon are welcome to apply for Cohort 2, and those chosen will be notified.

Eligibility
- 50% female ownership, 20% female ownership, one female CEO/COO (President/Vice President), and 30% female representation on the board of directors, if one exists.
- between $5,000 and $1 million in loans (Loans from associations, cooperatives, e.g. “tontine/njangi” “esusu,” and family loans may be taken into consideration; however, loans from typical financial institutions are not permitted.)
- five to three hundred staff
- between $35,000 and $15 million in sales
- assets worth between $100,000 and $15,000,000
- can devote one week to a rigorous online or offline bootcamp
- can commit 3 hours each week for 8 weeks to a mentoring relationship.
- Must be an organization’s C-Level executive
