The mission of Creative Armenia, a global arts foundation for Armenians, is to identify, nurture, cultivate, and advance creative talent. Through scholarships for performing arts at the university level, summer internships, and professional initiatives like the AGBU Musical Armenia Program and AGBU Sayat Nova International Composition Competition, AGBU. A renowned brand throughout the diaspora and in Armenia for over a century, has opened many doors for gifted Armenians. These initiatives are all run by the AGBU Performing Arts Department, founded in the US in 2012 and in Europe in 2016 – Creative Armenia AGBU Fellowship Programme

- To support the development and reach of Armenian talents around the world, applications for the 2023 Creative Armenia-AGBU Fellowships made available as scheduled. 10 Fellowships given to artists from all nations and fields. There exists no limitations on creative vision. However, emphasis placed on artists working on projects related to Artsakh (Karabakh).
The Fellowship provides 10 chosen artists with a $5,000 grant. Similarly mentorships with business titans (Netflix, Sony Pictures, Match Factory), diverse promotional opportunities, and strategic support over the course of a year. These mentors include award-winning artists (Pulitzer Prize, Academy Awards, Emmy), as well as leaders in the industry. Before November 15 at 11:59 p.m. Yerevan time, artists from all creative sectors and locations are welcome to submit.
The 28 Creative Armenia-AGBU alumni, including musicians, visual artists, curators, filmmakers, writers, and animators, who have already received support from Creative Armenia and AGBU and now acting as creative ambassadors for Armenia, will be joined by the 10 selected 2023 Fellows. These individuals have advanced their careers through various opportunities.
