Position Summary
We are in search of a Collaborative Desk Coordinator to supervise our “Collaborative Desk” — a technical infrastructure and assist service enabling safe cross-border journalistic collaboration. This function combines IT assist, challenge coordination, and safety coaching to assist journalists collaborate effectively and safely throughout international locations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, keep, and assist the Collaborative Desk setting (open-source infrastructure)

Manage consumer lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and assist requests

Provide technical assist and steering to cross-border journalism groups

Conduct safety consciousness trainings and threat assessments (digital safety, information safety, safe communication)

Create accessible tutorials and consumer guides in plain language

Collaborate on challenge planning, oversee work packages, and deal with administrative duties

Represent the challenge at conferences and public occasions to advertise cross-border collaboration and digital safety
Candidate Profile
We are on the lookout for somebody who:

Working Conditions & Compensation
