About the Midwifery Leadership Journey

This 12-month Journey brings collectively ladies leaders from scientific care, training, analysis, regulation, coverage, and innovation to strengthen their management expertise, increase their networks, and drive optimistic change for respectful, high-quality maternal and new child care.

Participants profit from:

• Two in-person residencies — Leadership Immersion (July 27–30, 2026) and Leadership Lift-Off (May 4–5, 2027)

• Virtual studying periods, workshops, and peer dialogue

• 1:1 government teaching

• Mentorship from senior leaders

• A supportive cross-country community

• A self-directed Midwifery Leadership Project, developed all through the Journey with steering from mentors, coaches, and world well being specialists

Upon completion, individuals be a part of WomenLift Health’s world community of Global Fellows, collaborating and supporting each other lengthy after this system ends.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

• Identify as a girl

• Have 10–25 years {of professional} expertise (mid- to senior-career)

• Live and work in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, or Burkina Faso

• Work in a task that advances midwifery or MNH (scientific, training, coverage, analysis, administration, NGO/INGO, personal sector, innovation, and so forth.)
