As a Leading Minds Climate Education Fellow, you’ll be a part of a worldwide cohort elevating youth-led initiatives, conducting analysis and foresight, shaping coverage and serving to design strategic convenings. UNICEF is deciding on up to 12 younger local weather leaders (ages 10–30) who’re strengthening local weather schooling of their colleges, communities, and international locations in each formal and casual settings.
A youth-led local weather schooling initiative can embrace, for instance:
- School system integration: curriculum growth, instructional networks, or college-based mostly local weather golf equipment;

Eligibility
Young individuals ages 10–30 who’re:
- Leading or representing a local weather schooling initiative;
- Passionate about local weather motion, local weather schooling, and creating constructive change;
- Ready to dedicate 4 to 5 hours every week from February 2026 to July 2027; and
- Comfortable working in English (different UN languages are an asset).
Application
