This consultancy will present a singular OPPORTUNITY to evaluate the efficiency, attain, and outcomes of over 4 years of youth-led advocacy, governance, and management interventions carried out throughout Nigeria. The task is designed to generate a complete overview of NYFF’s mission portfolio, spanning 2021–2025, and to judge the extent to which programme deliverables, outputs, and outcomes have been achieved.

Scope of Work

The chosen guide/agency will:

• Evaluate over 4 years of NYFF programme implementation (2021–2025).
• Cover initiatives throughout the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
• Assess initiatives beneath the three NYFF pillars:
  • National Visioning Process, Youth Leadership Development (grant Making), and Online & Media Engagement.
  • Engage immediately with stakeholders together with grantees, implementing companions, and inside groups.
  • Develop and apply an appropriate monitoring and analysis method tailor-made to NYFF’s context and targets.
  • Draw consultant samples throughout pillars and areas.
  • Evaluate initiatives utilizing the OECD-DAC standards: Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, Sustainability.
  • Collect and analyse administrative and first knowledge by means of surveys, interviews, and documented proof.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the next necessities:

• Minimum of a Master’s diploma in Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, or associated fields.
• At least 5 years of expertise working inside the improvement sector (NGO/NPO).
• Proven expertise evaluating donor-funded youth initiatives/programmes.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio-degree monitoring and analysis.
• Availability to conduct the task between December 2025 and April 2026.
