Yinson4Youth (Y4Y) 2026 grant applications in Malaysia are now open!

Yinson is worked up to announce that applications for the Yinson4Youth (“Y4Y”) Grant 2026 are now open!

Now coming into its third yr, Yinson continues its dedication to empowering younger changemakers who are devoted to creating optimistic social and environmental impacts throughout Malaysia.

Since its launch in 2023, Y4Y has supported 4 organisations, reaching greater than 750 beneficiaries and 4 communities. Building on this momentum and recognising the rising variety of impact-driven organisations and modern initiatives in Malaysia, Yinson is proud to broaden the programme by supporting a most of 4 grant recipients in 2026.

Grant Details:

• Funding: Up to RM50,000 per recipient

• Mentorship: Tailored help from Yinson professionals

 

Focus areas:

Eligible initiatives should contribute to a number of of the next United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), which Yinson strongly champions:

• SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
• SDG 4: Quality Education
• SDG 5: Gender Equality
• SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
• SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
• SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
• SDG 13: Climate Action
• SDG 14: Life Below Water
• SDG 15: Life on Land

 

Who ought to apply?

Yinson welcomes applications from:

• Non-profit organisations (NPOs)
• Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
• Social enterprises
• Societies registered with public or non-public tertiary training establishments in Malaysia 

Eligibility: The majority of the mission workforce should be youth aged 18–30.

 

Application timeline

• Application Period: 11 November – 10 December 2025 (deadline)
• Review Process: 15 – 19 December 2025
• Final Pitch to Selection Committee: 6 January 2026
• Grant Signing Ceremony: 27 January 2026
• Project Implementation Period: February – August 2026 (versatile relying on scope and scale)
