Applications are open for the Google Student Researcher Program 2026. The Student Researcher Program fosters educational collaborations by hiring college students onto analysis initiatives aligned to firm priorities in scientific development. The program provides placements on groups throughout Google, for analysis, engineering, and science roles. As a Student Researcher, you’ll have the OPPORTUNITY to take part in analysis initiatives centered on growing options for actual-world, massive-scale issues.

Student Researcher initiatives are exploratory and direct experiences that drive scientific development throughout a large number of analysis areas. Students will work collaboratively on initiatives that discover progressive analysis challenges and help the creation of breakthrough applied sciences.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be at present pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD diploma in Computer Science, Linguistics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, or Natural Sciences, or equal sensible expertise.
• Experience in a single space of laptop science (e.g., Natural Language Understanding, Human Computer Interactions, Generative Media, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Quantum Information Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related areas).

Preferred {qualifications}

• Currently enrolled in a full-time diploma program in EMEA and returning to this system after completion of the internship.
• Experience as a researcher, together with internships, full-time, or at a lab.
• Experience contributing to analysis communities or efforts, together with publishing papers in main conferences or journals.
• Experience with a number of normal goal programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, MATLAB, Go, Python, and so forth.).
