Applications are open for the MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026. The Fellowship Program goals to mobilize younger folks with the abilities and assets wanted to create and implement imaginative and prescient plans within the areas of schooling, well being, and financial safety.

MCW Global’s Young Leaders Fellowship begins with the Community Needs Assessment – A one-month neighborhood wants mapping that prepares younger folks, between the ages of 18-26, from all over the world to know their native communities higher. Costs

Costs Covered by MCW

• International Economy Flights for worldwide members 
• Domestic Economy flights for United States members
• Housing from the night of July 20 – July 30, 2026
• Three meals per day from July 21 – July 30, 2026
• Round Trip Travel from New York, New York to Burlington, Vermont
• Public Transportation to/from JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Airports

Eligibility

Young Leaders Must:

• Demonstrate dedication to their neighborhood
• Identify a difficulty of their neighborhood within the areas of schooling, well being, or financial safety
• Demonstrate a powerful motivation to create optimistic change and an curiosity in social initiatives, whereas expressing your most genuine and unique ideas. Original concepts and real reflections shall be valued greater than AI-generated responses.
• Be between the ages of 18 – 26 initially of this system (June  1, 2026)
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
