Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 ALESA Climate Justice Incubator. The Climate Justice Incubator targets younger innovative civic leaders aged 18 to 30 from Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Over twelve months, you’ll be part of a community of “Climatepreneurs”, innovators, storytellers, and problem-solvers, working collectively to construct a simply and sustainable future for all.

Applicants with local weather justice concepts that fall beneath the next 5 thematic pillars are inspired to apply for the Climate Justice Incubator:

• Climate Justice Innovation – Tech, social, or coverage breakthroughs that shut the hole on local weather inequities.
• Community-Led Resilience and Adaptation – Local energy, indigenous knowledge, and participatory options for local weather resilience.
• Storytelling and Advocacy – Using creativity, artwork, and voice to drive accountability and systemic change.
• Transformative Systems and Policy Change – Tackling governance gaps, local weather finance transparency, and institutional accountability.
• Intersectional Climate Action – Connecting local weather with gender, tradition, economic system, and justice.

As a Climatepreneur, you’ll obtain mentorship, coaching, and hands-on assist to develop your concepts into tangible influence. By the time you graduate, you’ll have:

• Designed and applied a justice-centered local weather undertaking in your group.
• Strengthened your management, advocacy, and innovation abilities.
• Reached 1000’s by storytelling and citizen engagement.
• Built lasting partnerships and joined a lifelong community of accountability champions.
