On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the folks of Uganda on the 63rd anniversary of Uganda’s independence on October 9. Together, now we have labored to strengthen regional safety, promote bilateral commerce, and improve world public well being.
We prolong our greatest needs for the folks of Uganda and look ahead to constructing a stronger partnership within the coming 12 months.
