West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) Node Nigeria Internship 2026 (Stipend available) – YOA

Applications are open for the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) Node Nigeria 2026. As part of its effort to deepen engagement with broader civil society organisation platforms in Nigeria, WACSI established a nodal workplace (WACSI Node) in Abuja in November 2022 to cater for the capability strengthening wants of civil society teams and formations within the nation.

WACSI is due to this fact in search of an intern focused on enhancing his/her civic consciousness and growing his/her skilled capability. The intern shall be embedded in WACSI’s core areas of labor and shall be chargeable for offering the required assist within the planning and implementation of the Institute’s actions in WACSI Node Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop analysis on coverage and legislative points
• Assist in gathering data and writing stories for coverage conferences 
• Assist in coverage conferences and workshop preparation 
• Assist within the growth of coverage advocacy coaching device
• Support different administrative duties

Stipend

• The institute will assist interns with a month-to-month stipend. 

Eligibility

• Applicants will need to have a minimal of a primary diploma in worldwide affairs, political science, public coverage, regulation, growth research, or associated fields.
• Applicants also needs to present an curiosity in civil society and non-revenue group administration.
