Applications at the moment are open for the 2026 Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) Bursary Programme.
The JSE is dedicated to upskilling and creating future leaders of SA. As the good Nelson Mandela mentioned, “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” In this spirit, the JSE Empowerment Fund (JEF) was established to assist college students as they try to achieve their educational objectives. The JEF affords bursaries to beforehand deprived college students of their 2nd and third 12 months or post-graduate (Honours) stage of research.

Requirements

You should be a high performer who’s finding out (full time) in direction of a level in:

  • Computer Science
  • Mathematics
  • Actuarial Science
  • Information Technology
  • Informatics
  • Data Analytics
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Accounting

  • Proof of registration
  • Academic Record
  • Proof of family earnings
  • Proof of residence

N.B! Please observe that every one functions should embrace an affidavit confirming the data supplied. 

Minimum necessities
  • Applications are restricted to college students who’re South African residents throughout the designated group.
  • The joint earnings of the scholars’ dad and mom/caregivers shouldn’t exceed a joint earnings of R650 000 each year.
