Applications are actually open for the 2025/2026 Lafarge Africa TSDP Placement Recruitment. Lafarge Africa Plc invites suitably certified Ordinary National Diploma holders for admission into an eighteen-month multi-skilled vocational training program protecting the next technical disciplines:

• Maintenance Processes I.e. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation and Automation /Welding and Fabrication Technology.
• Cement Manufacturing Processes I.e. Production / Process and Quality.

The program is designed to coach and equip profitable candidates with the talents and perspective to be self-employed/employable within the vocational areas listed above.

It is an 18-month technical intensive training scheme wherein profitable candidates will take pleasure in tuition-free lectures, rigorous hands-on periods and a token allowance to offset out of pocket bills.

At the tip of the programme, candidates will likely be issued the Lafarge Internal Certificate.

Requirements

– Completion of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a acknowledged establishment .

– Minimum of 5 O’Level credit to incorporate English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and every other topic (in not more than 2 sittings).
