Applications are open for the Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Visiting Fellowship Program 2026. In line with its dedication to the Paris Agreement, France, a serious participant within the battle towards local weather change, is launching a brand new version of the MOPGA program to strengthen scientific contributions to the problems addressed on the Conferences of the Parties (COP).

This ninth name for functions, funded by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE), in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) and applied by Campus France, will welcome worldwide early profession researchers wishing to conduct a analysis venture in France, thereby selling their collaboration with main French analysis establishments.

Benefits

Eligibility

Research Projects

The application could also be written in English or French. 

Application

Applicants should present the next paperwork:

• CV with record of publications ( max. 4 pages)
• PhD Diploma (or completion certificates)
• CV of the scientific advisor on the host laboratory (max. 2 pages)
• Letter of help from the scientific advisor, co-signed by the laboratory director or accompanied by a letter of dedication from the latter, certifying the supply of the scientific atmosphere and sources vital for the profitable completion of the analysis venture, in addition to alignment with the laboratory’s goals
• Up to three letters of advice
