Are you a journalist keen about telling Africa’s most essential tales? Do you need to deepen your experience in reporting on mining, oil, fuel, local weather change, and the way forward for inexperienced minerals? Apply now for the Africa Extractives Media Fellowship 2025-2026.

The AEMF is a 6-month intensive journalism coaching programme designed to strengthen reporting on Africa’s extractive industries. The fellowship combines:

  • Expert-led coaching periods
  • Mentorship from trade leaders
  • Field reporting alternatives
  • Networking with stakeholders from authorities, trade, and civil society

This initiative is led by NewsWire Africa in partnership with main establishments and organizations dedicated to transparency, sustainability, and good governance.

Eligibility
