The AEMF is a 6-month intensive journalism coaching programme designed to strengthen reporting on Africa’s extractive industries. The fellowship combines:

• Expert-led coaching periods
• Mentorship from trade leaders
• Field reporting alternatives
• Networking with stakeholders from authorities, trade, and civil society

This initiative is led by NewsWire Africa in partnership with main establishments and organizations dedicated to transparency, sustainability, and good governance.

Eligibility

• Early to mid-profession journalists primarily based in Ghana can apply;

• Women journalists are particularly inspired to apply.
