Eligibility

• Open to youth-led groups of two–5 members;
• Members aged 18–35 years outdated;
• Citizens primarily based in or from ODA recipient international locations in Asia: China, Mongolia, Thailand, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia;
• With a mission concept aligned to the theme: Bridging the Digital Divide: Empowering Youth for Connected Action and Inclusive Change.

Judging & Selection

From all functions, six (6) groups shall be chosen to bear a structured studying journey by way of 4 (4) digital masterclasses on digital inclusion, related motion, and social influence. Each group will ship two (2) representatives to the International Civil Society Week (ICSW) 2025 in Bangkok, the place they are going to pitch their initiatives to a panel of judges. Four (4) of the six groups will then be awarded USD 10,000 seed grants to prototype and implement their options.
