Applications at the moment are open for the 2026/2027 ISHR Human Rights Advocates Program. Founded in 1989, HRAP leverages the sources of Columbia University and people provided by NYC as a hub of NGOs and worldwide organizations to offer human rights advocates with educational, skill-building, mentoring, and networking Opportunities. Through seminars, participation in University programs, and workshops led by workers from main human rights organizations in addition to conferences with policymakers and funders, advocates share their experiences, mirror critically on their work, and plan future campaigns. 

Requirements

• Advocates should work at the grassroots stage. Applicants from high-income nations is not going to be thought-about aside from these representing marginalized communities.
