CSIR-SASOL Foundation Bursary 2026 for South Africans

Applications are open for the CSIR-SASOL Foundation Bursary 2026. The CSIR, in collaboration with the Sasol Foundation, offers monetary help to full-time, unemployed college students looking for {qualifications} in areas which can be deemed a precedence by the CSIR.

This is a complete bursary, and it covers all the prices related to college research, akin to:

  • Tuition charges

  • Accommodation
  • Living allowances
  • Once-off laptop computer allowance

Eligibility

Current Grade 12 learners:

  • South African citizen;
  • Must intend to enrol full-time for the diploma of selection at a South African public college;
  • English (Level 5);
  • Mathematics (Level 6); and
  • Physical Science (Level 6).

Current college college students:

  • Must be a South African citizen;
  • Planning to enrol full-time at a South African college for 2025; and
  • Must have handed all registered programs for the finished study interval on the college.

  • An up to date CV;
  • A duplicate of your licensed id doc;
  • A duplicate of your newest educational report; and
  • A duplicate of the Grade 11 ultimate yr outcomes (for present Grade 12 learners).
